At Spectra Magazine, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods
- Digital or downloadable products
- Gift cards
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Items that are hazardous or flammable
Magazines, newspapers, and similar content products are also non-returnable once delivered.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items with visible signs of use
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing time may vary
- Contact your bank for further details

Sale Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at connect@spectramag.org with details of the issue.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit upon return approval.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the total refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
